The Spanish meaning of Montebello, beautiful mountain, naturally influenced the design concept of the YMCA Courtyard.  A strong connection to nature will create cohesion of natural materials and forms throughout the space.  Ample seating and tables will be available in a setting that can accommodate multitude of group sizes and zones. Oversized game activities provide interaction and entertainment for all ages.  A hand painted mural of majestic trees and flowers in YMCA approved colors will stimulate imagination and a sense of wonder.  The new dream-like and welcoming courtyard will reflect the Y’s brand logo and nurturing appeal, while creating a lasting first impression where the people young and old will feel embraced, vibrant and motivated to try their best.
